If you are needing a peaceful break from the stresses of daily life, 5 Scaup Court is your destination. Located in the heart of South Beach in Sea Pines Resort, 5 Scaup Court offers 3 bedrooms, each with private baths, 2 living areas and a private swimming pool for a supremely relaxing vacation. The floorplan is open with wonderful bedroom separation, living room and separate "Carolina Room" with half bath. Whether you are enjoying TV, board games, reading or catching up with friends and family, you will never feel cramped at 5 Scaup Court as there is plenty of room to enjoy a multitude of activities all at the same time.

5 Scaup Court offers fine furnishing and beautiful accents. Enjoy the open kitchen with counter TV, granite countertops and tile floor. The bedrooms include two King bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Private baths and TVs are located in each bedroom, and additional features include wireless high-speed internet access, skylights, ceiling fans, plantation shutters and a covered carport for parking cars or bikes. Free tennis is included at South Beach Racquet Club, and one of the focal points of this spectacular beach home is the private swimming pool (can be heated for an additional charge) in a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

The wonderful location allows you to walk to activities at the South Beach Marina Village such as dolphin tours, guided kayak trips, dining, tennis and shopping, as well as walking distance to the miles of sugar-sand beaches. The proximity inside the gates of Sea Pines also gives you access to endless bike paths, three championship golf courses, two world-class tennis centers, the Sea Pines Beach Club and a 650-acre forest preserve, just to name a few. Lawton Stables in Sea Pines is also an attraction you won't want to miss! The petting zoo is 2nd to none and guided horse tours are offered daily. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The house at Scaup Rd was just perfect for us. Great location for the golf tournament. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing missing for us was beach chairs. As we arrived by plane. We did not bring our own. It is a small thing because everything else was so nice. Would definitely stay there again.

5 Scaup Court is in an excellent location especially if you like Pickleball, tennis, the Salty Dog restaurant, and the beach -- All are within a 7-minute walk. The home itself is more than enough for the two of us -- well, four of us when you count the two retrievers -- and perfect when we had weekend guests. The kitchen has more than enough pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. that fill up every cabinet. Maybe the knives could be sharper or the corkscrew easier to operate, but those are minor inconveniences. On the plus side, the supply of dishwasher and laundry detergent was more than enough to last us for the first two weeks of our month-long stay. The fenced patio/pool area allowed us to enjoy a late afternoon beverage accompanied by the dogs. While the furniture is somewhat dated, it is very comfortable plus the two living areas gave us more than enough room. We've rebooked for next year.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the 5 Scaup Ct. property. The home had a great layout and accommodations. Truly all the comforts of home. Pool was great. It was perfect for our boys. They swam for hours. The location was great. Very short walk to Tower Beach was fantastic. We also really appreciate that the home was pet friendly. Our pup was comfortable and happy here. Gail in the office saved our vacation. When we got stranded in Columbia due to a car accident she recommended a private driver Charles Humphrey to pick us up. He also became one of our angels on this trip that was almost ruined. We will highly recommend your rental company and this property to anyone and hope to be back ourselves someday. Thank you again for a great stay on Hilton Head Island!

We had another great stay on HHI thanks to the Destination Vacation team. We had great weather except for tropical Storm Elsa. It got a little interesting in the middle of the night with wind and some debris from trees.. luckily there was no damage to us or the house. Your team kept us informed and let us know you were there for us if we needed you. You provided proper warning and follow up to watch for the trees surrounding the house and take precautions to not be out during the storm. We appreciate the beautiful, clean home you provided us. We will definitely use DV again!

I only marked "Met Expectations", as our past experience is that Destination Vacations always provides seamless, excellent service and wonderful vacation accommodations. This year was no different. We moved into a perfectly prepared home in probably the best location on the island and enjoyed a typically wonderful Hilton Head vacation. I personally like to hike or bike over to Lands End and sit on the rocks first thing in the morning. We particularly love 5 Scaup Road. This house simply works for us. You folks make it easy
