36 Turtle Lane is a beautifully updated townhouse with a tri-level layout that features a large living room, eat-in kitchen with wet bar and enclosed deck with Weber gas grill overlooking the pool. The main level has the living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, laundry & half bath. The second level has a bedroom with three twin beds and private bath, the third level has a Queen bedroom with private bath as well as the master suite with King bed and private bath. All three bathrooms were fully renovated in 2023! The Twins bedroom has a tub/shower combination, and the queen and king bedrooms each have bathrooms with walk-in showers. The beach path exclusive to Turtle Lane Club guests is just steps away from the front door and an easy walk for guests of all ages.

Turtle Lane Club is one of the Islandï¿½s most popular vacation spots. The pristine beaches of the ï¿½Gold Coast" along Hilton Head's Atlantic coastline and the central Sea Pines location create endless possibilities for fun. The oceanfront complex has private beach access, two swimming pools and private gated entry. In addition, the proximity of Turtle Lane Club is an easy walk to some of Sea Pines' finest amenities. The Plantation Golf Club with two 18-hole championship golf courses and the Live Oak Restaurant are just across the street, and the Sea Pines Beach Club is right next door where you can enjoy a beachside lunch or dinner as well as evening entertainment and a trolley station with routes throughout Sea Pines during summer months. Since Turtle Lane Club is just steps away from the Beach Club, guests can walk to the Beach Club instead of paying fees to park there in the summer.

We have been vacationing at Sea Pines for many years. Have shared larger houses with family, stayed in high-rises, had small individual houses. 36 Turtle Lane was lovely, very near to the beach. The townhome itself was great (although yes, the smallish bathrooms are need in a refresh) and we appreciated having a garage and two patio/balconies. Nice laundry facility, well-stocked kitchen. Not a fan of the shared pools however -- years ago it was great (we had stayed at 1 Turtle Lane a few times when our children were very small) but for those same reasons (kids running around, yelling, people playing their music loudly), it was not a place we ended up visiting more than once. But we knew that going in; the beach was enough.

I have worked with Destination Vacation in the past and the level of service and more importantly communication has been outstanding. The rental unit was very clean and everything worked as it should. Received a call mid-week from DV to check on me to see if everything was okay. You all were so great and professional to work with. We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for 28 years and you and 36 Turtle Lane made this a special visit. The location of unit was great, it was very well equipped too. The only very small, uncontrollable issue was the moisture in the Master bathroom and the condition of all the dates bathtubs.. otherwise the unit was amazing !! Thanks and hope to be back next year!

This is the 3rd time we rented 36 Turtle Lane through Destination Vacation. The home had everything we needed(including a new Keurig!). We love the short walk to the life-guarded beach during the day and the short walk to the Beach Club in the evenings. It's a pleasure to do business with Destination Vacation!
