This charming Sea Pines home has a one-story floorplan with large living areas and a gourmet kitchen that would delight any chef. 8 Woodbine is the perfect home for your family vacation with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, bedding for up to 10 guests, screen-covered pool and spa and walking distance to the beach.

The living and dining areas of 8 Woodbine are designed for optimal gathering, dining and entertainment. Upon entering the home, you will be struck with the upgraded interior with wood floors, vaulted wood-paneled ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with impressive golf course views. The living room includes a large couch and fireplace accented with gorgeous artwork. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and seats 8 guests with a scenic backdrop of the golf course behind the home. The open floorplan flows seamlessly from the living room and dining area to the kitchen with circular counter made of granite and 6 bar stools and den with flat screen TV and plush furniture. The den has access doors to the grilling station and pool deck.

The bedrooms include a master suite with King bed and updated bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom separation is optimized at 8 Woodbine. On the same side of the home as the master is the Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and en-suite full bath. The third bedroom in the front of the home has a king bed and full bath. The newly renovated (2019) wing on the other side of the home features a guest suite - perfect for a young family - with a queen bed, two twins in the form of a daybed and trundle and a full en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combination. Also in this wing is a large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, sink and counterspace and a separate mudroom off the garage with a sink and shelving for when guests come home from the beach. All 4 bedrooms have TVs and private bathrooms and the home offers free wireless internet access.

One of the focal points of 8 Woodbine is the screen-covered salt water pool and pool deck that is beautifully furnished with patio furniture, outdoor television and separate hot tub. The hot tub is heated for your enjoyment. (Please be advised the pool cannot be heated at this property.) You will spend most of your vacation swimming and relaxing in this screen-covered paradise! This home is located on the Atlantic Dunes golf course designed by Davis Love III and the beach is a short bike ride with paved trails the entire way.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We loved the house. It was exactly what we needed and we loved that everything was on one floor. The pool was exceptional!! We loved that it was a salt water pool. It was a great size too. We could swim laps, which was more difficult in other vacation homes we've rented. Other than a few minor issues (a sliding door that was difficult to open and close, a loose door knob on the half bath door, and trouble locking the front door with the key), it is a lovely home. We would have preferred a coded lock. All in all, we had a great week on HHI. Thanks so much!

The entire process of reserving the house was efficient and organized. The house was incredible! It was very clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach easily and were a short ride from Harbour Town and South Beach. The pool and hot tub were especially nice and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. The layout of the house was spacious for our party of seven. We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and this was the nicest house we have stayed in. There is no other area on the island that I'd choose but Sea Pines. Its bike paths are wonderful! And 8 Woodbine was a great choice as well!

The process of renting 8 Woodbine Place was very easy with no issues to report. The keys to the home and all instructions were delivered to me in a timely manner about 2 weeks before we arrived. The beach home was perfect for our family! We had stayed there before (a few years ago) so we knew what to expect. There was plenty of space and no one was cramped. When you have 3 generations of family with 10 people, you need space, and 8 Woodbine Place certainly delivers! Thanks again!

8 Woodbine Place was a great rental home. The screened in pool was a great amenity. The quick response to an AC issue was greatly appreciated. It would have been nice to have a key pad entry to the home with multiple families at the rental. Overall great experience and hope to rent the same home next year!

This house is better than the pictures, and the pictures are beautiful. Everything about this vacation exceeded my expectations. The main part of the house is one big open room with a huge kitchen surrounded by a spacious bar with seating, two living areas, and a large dining area. It is perfect for allowing everyone to be in the same room together without feeling crowded. I didn't even know I had a dream kitchen until I saw this one. This was our first time renting through Destination Vacation and it was an excellent experience. The company knew before we arrived that the grill was not working and they had a second grill in place when we arrived. That was very much appreciated and we used it! We had to call twice during our stay for minor issues which they resolved pleasantly and immediately. Having the key and passes mailed to us ahead of time was another nice advantage. We had a large family group and the driveway easily accommodated our multiple cars and rental bikes. The location is very central in Sea Pines; it was an easy walk or bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. My only suggestions for the house would be for the owners to put some small labels on the kitchen cabinets and drawers to make it a little easier to find things and put things back in the right place. We cooked all our meals. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked and there are multiple cabinets and drawers which we opened many, many, many times trying to locate things. I also suggest a lock on the master bathroom door. These are not complaints, just suggestions. Thank you for an excellent vacation.
