Welcome to your perfect beach getaway - a freshly updated, spacious retreat designed for gathering, relaxing and reconnecting with the people who matter most. With an open layout, vibrant coastal touches and plenty of room to spread out, 48 S. Sea Pines Drive is made for memory-making.

This Lowcountry home features 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, bedding for up to 23 guests and numerous amenities. Quite simply, it is the perfect family beach house. The owners have gone to great lengths to make your stay comfortable, safe and fun!

For comfort, the home is outfitted with plush furniture, multiple sitting areas, TVs in all common areas and bedrooms, free Wifi, Sonos and ample outdoor furniture and both covered and open outdoor spaces for outside gathering. The home also offers multiple outdoor showers and one heated enclosed shower with changing area for guest convenience.

For safety, the pool area is completely fenced-in and inside the home, the entire house features filtered indoor air quality protection with individual room air treatment units including an AD 3000 Air Doctor, two Dyson temperature controlled bladeless fans and seven standalone room purifiers.

For fun, where do we begin? The pool deck and patio have been expanded with a larger footprint and a brand new Pavilion with built-in, top-of-the-line 36 inch Lynx grilling station. The garage has been converted into an air-conditioned game room with a Classic Ford Mustang Car Pool Table, ping pong table, foosball table and putting green. There is a media room inside the home with a 75-inch TV, surround sound and large comfortable sectional with queen sleeper sofa. The wet bar area in the between the kitchen and living room features bar counter seating, beverage cooler, mounted TV and mounted Amazon Echo with free unlimited music subscription. A fabulous tennis opportunity is also offered to guests with free daily tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. Guests can make 24 hour advance reservations for one hour of reserved court time per day and unlimited walk-on court time as available. When it is time to explore your surroundings, this Sea Pines vacation home is a 4-minute walk to the beach and the driveway is traversed by one of the many Sea Pines bike trails that run throughout the community.

Lounge on the expanded pool deck, play in the pool, cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen or unwind with games and laughter all around. Whether its a family reunion or a trip with friends, this Sea Pines home has everything you need for fun, comfort and connection - all just a short walk from the beach!

The House in Sea Pines was perfect for our Group. It had plenty of bedrooms, the kitchen had everything you would need for a family trip. The outside living area was a great place to entertain. There is plenty of wildlife to watch while you're on the back deck. Will definitely come back!!!!

This is a perfect house for fun, relaxing and cooking - we especially appreciated the gourmet kitchen and large dining room. Never felt crowded! Enjoyed the theatre, the hot tub and the game room. Your home is beautiful, thank you for sharing! We relaxed, enjoyed bird watching on the lagoon and enjoyed the pool area. Great location to walk to the beach. We watched the Steeler game at Guiseppis! Someone saw a Pitt hat in a picture. Figuring from that and Steeler "stuff" in the garage, you're from the Pittsburgh area. Realizing that made our stay even more special. Hoping to return next year with more family!

As I indicated above, everything exceeded our expectations. From the moment our family members arrived with oohs and aahs about the house and grounds to the time we left with expressions of how much they enjoyed their time there we could not be more pleased. The pool and game room were big hits with the kids and the extremely comfortable family room and patio are where the adults spent most of the time. The Ranallo family and Destination Vacation get rave reviews from all that attended.

Our children (5 married sons) are scattered from Texas to Tennessee to Budapest to Luxemburg. Each moment here was such a treasure. The beautiful home felt like HOME! Spacious, quiet and the pond view and walk to the beach are a pretty sight! Hate to leave but our hope and prayer is to return!

The house was perfect for our family!!!! Loved the kitchen!!! The location was perfect, restaurants close, short walk to beach, salty dog cafe, played Harbor Town golf course, a biggie. Cocktails and dinner there one night. All loved the bicycles and rode often. We had trouble with cable, called DV and David was there immediately and fixed it. Trash was not picked up promptly and accumulated quickly. Our trash detail found this annoying. But this writer was not affected, so it is difficult to respond. Caught up by the time we left. We had a great time. Awesome. I have forwarded survey. Four families and children ( youngest 15) Pool was VERY popular!!! Always very clean.
