12 Black Skimmer ~ Sea Pines

Designed with relaxation and rejuvenation in mind, 12 Black Skimmer with five bedrooms and nearly 4000 sq feet will provide the ultimate haven for your next vacation retreat. Screened porch, hardwood floors, granite counter tops and travertine tile are just a few of the fine features and furnishings this vacation rental home offers.

The two-story layout has a large living area, formal dining room, great room with kitchen, eat-in bar and breakfast room, one master suite with king bed and beautiful bath and half bath on the first level.

The second level begins with an office nook at the top of the stairs with four additional bedrooms and three baths. Three of the bedrooms have King beds, closets, TVs and private baths. The other bedroom is a Kids room with mounted flat screen TV, Twin bed and Bunk Bed with twin mattress on top, double mattress below and roll-out trundle also with double mattress. This bedroom also has its own full bath with shower/tub combination.

The large private swimming pool (can be heated for an additional charge) and outdoor spa are surrounded by a Savannah brick privacy wall and lush landscape to provide serene courtyard. The multiple decks, screened in porch, outdoor half bath and pool deck provide the perfect spot to dine and entertain outdoors. Free Wifi is available and guests can enjoy one hour of free tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club.

Located oceanside on the beach walk in Sea Pines with easy access to the pristine beaches, 12 Black Skimmer is just minutes to your favorite vacation activities. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We had a lovely week at 12 Black Skimmer in July. The location is wonderful…just a short walk to the beach with the beach path just outside the gate. It was also convenient for bike rides to Lawton Stables, South Beach and Harbour Town. The house was beautifully appointed with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the grandchildren! The bathroom next to the pool is very convenient and appreciated. Destination Vacation staff stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. It is always sad to leave HHI at the end of our vacations, but we have created so many wonderful memories this week. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!! We will definitely be back and we love renting from Destination Vacation!

12 Black Skimmer is a great house. As a previous owner of several rental homes on HHI, my wife and I REALLY appreciate an owner willing to outfit the house with all the necessary items to enjoy a week at the beach. Items like a garage refrigerator, full TV channels, 2 coffee pots, etc. is really appreciated. So many owners cheap out on what they provide while charging market rates. I will recommend this house to my friends and thank the owners for DOING IT RIGHT!
