Updated 1st floor Beachside Tennis villa, end unit with extended wrap-around porch. 1820 Beachside Tennis is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in the charming South Beach community of Sea Pines Resort. Enjoy watching dolphins play in Calibogue Sound while direct beach access and onsite swimming pool will provide hours of outdoor recreation. A meticulously cleaned and nicely furnished villa will make you feel right at home while enjoying the indoors.

1820 Beachside Tennis is located on the 1st floor with steps off the rear balconies. This charming 2 bedroom condo features an updated kitchen with granite counters, backsplash, tile floors, new cabinetry and stainless appliances. Private bathrooms for each bedroom are updated with granite counters, double sinks and tile floors. Both bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have balconies and flat screen televisions, and the living room has a large flat screen TV and hardwood floors. Wireless internet service is included.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

Guests of 1820 Beachside Tennis can enjoy one free hour of tennis each day at the South Beach Racquet Club. South Beach in Sea Pines is one of the most sought-after areas on the Island. Surrounded by water, there is beauty at every turn. 1820 Beachside Tennis is a lovely unit. The decor is well done, coordinated colors, and very clean. Loved being on the 1st floor with the wrap around porch/deck. We even had a small, young deer come to the bottom of the steps one evening and stay for a few minutes. It was so lovely to sit out there in the afternoon or evening to see the ocean & watch the sunsets.

1820 Beachside Tennis was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at in our 35years of marriage! I have been wanting to stay here but we always have come down with our daughter and son in law and our grandson now we have a granddaughter! But we were celebrating our 35th anniversary and came down by ourselves and got our forever condo! I felt at home as soon as we walked in! The backyard is just magical! We saw deer’s everyday cardinals bluebirds rabbits. I can’t emphasize how beautiful this place is! We will definitely be back and if the owner decides to sell please let us know this would be our forever home

1820 Beachside Tennis….. stayed 9 days during Christmas time… unit is perfect for 4 people, ocean/sound views from all rooms. Comfortable setting, everything we needed. Been coming to HH this time of year for last 30 years. This unit did not disappoint… the service from Destination Vacation is top shelve, sets the bar for all others. Their service and communication from booking to checking out was a 12 out of 10. We’ll see you next year!

Everyone at Destination Vacation is great and easy to work with. Our condo was ready early and some nice updates were made from last year (we're repeat guests at the same condo). Hilton Head is our happy place and we come back every summer! See you next year!

Always love our time in Sea Pines looking at the sound, the ocean, the lighthouse on Tybee at night, walking the paths and playing various golf courses!! Requested HBO connection to watch Game of Thrones finale. Brian came to Beachside to fix problem with connection. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. His service far outperformed the HBO program. Have stayed in same unit before and plan to repeat.
