Conveniently located 4th Row from the Ocean, this Sea Pines beach home provides the setting for the perfect family vacation with a beautifully renovated kitchen, large living area, 2 eating areas (Dining Room and Breakfast Area), free Wifi, free daily tennis and a private pool (can be heated for additional charge). The living room has a flat screen HDTV and sliding door access to the pool deck. The dining room table seats 8, in addition to 8 seats at the breakfast table.

All four bedrooms have their own private, fully renovated bathrooms. The two master suites feature King beds and sliding glass doors to the pool deck. The other guest suites feature a Queen bed and Twin in one and 2 Twin beds in the other.

One of the focal points of the home is the outdoor pool area that is beautifully furnished with gas grill, regular chairs and lounge chairs. The open sky above the pool allows plenty of sunlight for sunbathers. The Ocean and sandy beaches are just steps away from this Sea Pines property. The Sea Pines bike trails are plentiful and scenic, as well, and will take you to Harbour Town or South Beach Marina. At the Harbour Town marina you will find loads of waterfront activities designed for the entire family. There is a long pier that expands out over the gorgeous Calibogue Sound. Fishing charters and dolphin cruises are just two of the popular water activities. South Beach Marina is charming and also offers shopping, dining and water sports for everyone. Your vacation on Hilton Head can be chocked full of activities without ever leaving Sea Pines.

We loved the layout of this home with the pool being in the center. It allowed for us to be together whether inside or out. The artwork is fun! Kitchen is wonderful. The large master suite is over the top with the spa room and soaker tub. The other bathrooms were very nice. The beach path is right there and is a very short distance to the beach. Probably our favorite house ever!

Destination Vacation takes the work out of the vacation. They proactively find ways to improve our experience, such as alerting us to the availability of an early check-in. They're also very responsive to our needs. We twice had a (non-emergency) plumbing issue arise and help arrived at the front door within a couple of hours each time.

We have been coming to HH for over 30 years for Thanksgiving. We stayed in this house last year. We knew it was the perfect location in Sea Pines. We did have a family emergency that might have required us staying an extra day and DVHHI could not have been more accommodating. They were caring, kind and able to be flexible. As it turned out, we didn't need any extra time but it was one less thing to worry about!

HOUSE WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS. LOVE LOCATION, ROOMS, POOL, KITCHEN, FAMILY ROOM, POOL BEING ENCLOSED WAS BIG SELLING POINT FOR MY DAUGHTER. EASY BEACH ACCESS ALSO A GREAT FOR GRANDKIDS, BOYS AGES 7, 9, 12. CLOSE TO HARRIS TEETER AND STARBUCKS A BIG FEATURE FOR ME AND WE LOVE HARBOUR TOWN.

This is the third year we have booked our HHI vacation with Destination Vacation. We love working with them, they take care of everything so we can focus on our trip and making memories with our family! Gail is great to work with, responds quickly to emails and phone calls, you can't ask for better customer service. We loved staying at this house. It is perfect for a family with small children as every room overlooks the pool. It is spacious, has an amazing kitchen and was very simply decorated (aka- not a lot of breakable stuff for little hands to touch). The AC vent in the front bedroom seemed to have some condensation coming from it during our stay. Other than that, everything was picture perfect!
