37 Lands End ~ Sea Pines

Lands End is a private gated community in one of the most beautiful settings on Hilton Head Island. The location is a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants and activities as well as the beach and sound. This duplex home has a sun deck with gas grill and screened in porch, both perfect for outdoor dining with the water view over the Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. Bedrooms on the first floor include a King bedroom with full bath and 2 Twins bedroom with full bath, and a sleeper sofa is located in the living room for guest use. The 2nd floor features a King bedroom with full bath and 2 Twins bedroom with full bath. Lands End is a perfect waterfront location to walk on the beach, view dolphins swimming and witness some of the greatest sunsets on the Island! A private pool exclusively for Lands End owners and guests is also on-site.

Vacationers love the South Beach Marina because of all of the water sports that are offered as well as outdoor and indoor dining, tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club and great shopping in the local boutiques. For a change of scenery, your family can hop on a bike or trolley (seasonal) and ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or Harbour Town. The Beach Club offers indoor and outdoor dining when weather permits and showers and restrooms.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

Beautiful, modern house with all fixtures and amenities one can ask for. Outrageous views with dolphins most days, beautiful modern kitchen with high quality cookwear, gorgeous bathrooms and fixtures (excellent water pressure for my fellow divas out there), comfortable beds, plenty of towels and blankets, and easy access to internet and all streaming apps. Destination Vacation, the management company, takes the win though. They were communicative and available for anything that came up, from holding packages shipped in advance to helping us (on Christmas day!) navigate the handful of unprecedented winter temps Hilton Head rarely sees. Destination Vacation is a team you want to be in the foxhole with and I look forward to renting with them again, hopefully at this same property.

Wonderful trip! Easy to book. Beautiful home. Only suggestion- Would love to have the pool key available in-home instead of stopping to pick up/drop off.

We apologize for the inconvenience with the pool key, but since each property only has 1 pool key that can't be duplicated, we have to keep close tabs on keys and check them out only when requested. House was fantastic! The level of service we received from DVHHI was superb! We will be using you from now on for all our vacation needs! Only issue with house we have already shared which was electrical (the tripping of outlets) And the air upstairs was a little warm but overall everything was PERFECT!!! We have stayed at Lands End before in a 3 bedroom townhouse facing Calibogue Sound but not in a 4 bedroom townhouse facing Defauskie Island. We loved the screened in front porch with the deck facing the island. It was so lovely and we appreciated all the en suite bedrooms. We hope to stay there again next year. Loved the open floor plan, large screen TVs in each bedroom, free WiFi & lovely decor. Very clean & handy to to the beach.

Our stay was wonderful! This newly remodeled home had everything we needed and more! The view of the sound was spectacular. So easy to walk right out to the beach especially with a little one. I was going to put 'met expectations' because we are regular renters and the accommodations and service were, as usual, great. But even though we expect this, I did not want to select the middle choice and have it appear just an average review. Kudos again to the owners of this unit. We cook a lot while there and the kitchen is VERY well equipped. Our children loved the beach toys, body boards, and board games in the unit. Our extras this year were fishing more sharks than usual, a young bald eagle that flew near the deck on 3 days and a doe with 2 baby deer who leaped over our boardwalk. Special, even for Land's End! Thanks so much! See you next summer (or before).
