Located 2nd row from the finest stretch of beach along the Atlantic Ocean, 17 Oyster Catcher is the perfect home for your next family vacation! This luxury home features 4-bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests. Highlights include fully renovated bathrooms, balconies on multiple levels, pool area with privacy fence and multiple living and dining areas. Oyster Catcher is located a half mile inside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines, which allows for easy trips to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants outside of the resort.

The first floor features a furnished living room with TV and sleeper sofa, laundry room with full washer and dryer, Master bedroom with King bed, TV and full bath with shower/tub combination, and a second Guest Bedroom with 1 Queen bed and a set of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, TV and full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The 2nd level features a furnished living room with flat screen TV, multiple sitting areas for games or dining, impressive kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area with seating for 8 guests, and nearby breakfast table and chairs (4) and bar stools (6) provide additional seating.

The 2nd floor bedrooms include a master suite with King bed and sleeper sofa, full bath with separate tub and walk-in shower and private sitting room with desk and couches. The second bedroom on the 2nd floor features a Queen bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower.

Amenities at 17 Oyster Catcher are truly special and unique. Furnished balconies on three levels provide relaxing retreats for reading, napping or catching up with friends and family, and the swimming pool is surrounded by a privacy fence, patio furniture and a gas grill. A private path behind the home leads to the paved beach path for easy beach access, and a garage is available for bike storage and recreational gear (no vehicles).

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We couldn't have had a better experience on our annual pilgrimage to HHI than we had this year. From our search for a home to accommodate our family of 10 to our group growing to 11 and having to change houses midway, Destination Vacation was a pleasure to work with. Everyone I spoke with was great and very helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor. The house was perfect. The location in Sea Pines was 2nd row, which made for a very short trip to the beach. There was nothing we needed that wasn't available to us. We cook family meals each night and the well-stocked kitchen made that easy to accomplish. The bedrooms were great and the mattresses were so comfortable. We all had a very relaxing experience from day 1 through day 7. We were a little unsure of the kitchen being on the top floor. The location lead to many trips up and down stairs. This was a little difficult for those of us who are older and have bad knees, but we knew this upfront and managed. If we are lucky enough to return next year, we will definitely chose this lovely home again and look forward to working with the wonderful staff at Destination Vacation.

The home in Sea Pines is simply beautiful. The space was well laid out for each bedroom to have its own private time. Large gathering spaces. Appliances, dishes, silverware and cookware was of good quality and abundant. Another fan for upstairs bedroom would be nice and a beach umbrella and a couple more beach chairs would be a nice gesture. The area is very safe, quite and simply beautiful. The start up supplies were greatly appreciated. Destination Vacation was prompt and very easy to work with while planning our trip. The welcome packet and guest passes sent in advance was extremely helpful. Overall our experience was wonderful.
