Built in 2019, 7 Flotilla is a custom, 6 bedroom Oceanfront home, professionally decorated with a dream combination of Casual Elegance and Lowcountry Sophistication. 7 Flotilla features a gourmet kitchen, multiple living areas, furnished sundecks and balconies, private pool and spa, beach path and bedding for up to 18 guests. This home combines professional design with the best amenities to provide the absolute best vacation you will ever experience!

The gracious foyer and stair hall, with blue ocean waters as a backdrop, will greet you upon entering the home. The 1st floor of this home is an open floorplan with living room, formal dining and open kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is outfitted with GE Monogram appliances, including a gas cooktop, double ovens and main refrigerator, with a separate beverage refrigerator in the adjacent wet bar area. The breakfast bar includes four bar stools and the adjacent dining room features a table and seating for 14 with ocean views. The elegant living room is fully furnished with sofas and chairs with the ocean as a beautiful backdrop. A separate den with TV and sleeper sofa can be opened up to the foyer and wet bar area of the kitchen or closed off for privacy. Guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa can use the nearby Powder Room or a full bath in one of the bedrooms on this floor.

The first floor master suite features a king bed, flat screen TV and large master bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The master suite enjoys views of the Atlantic Ocean and an open sundeck for morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. The guest suite on the first floor features a queen bed, mounted TV and full bath with shower/tub combination. This is a convenient full bathroom for guests sleeping in the den if they are part of the same family.

The 2nd floor features an oceanfront family room and four bedroom suites. The family room is casual and comfortable with a sectional, chairs, game table, large mounted TV and oceanfront deck. The bedrooms include an oceanfront master suite with king bed, private balcony, TV and full bath with double vanity, stand-alone tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is an oceanfront guest suite with king bed, mounted TV, full bath with walk-in shower and gorgeous ocean views, and the 3rd bedroom is a suite with 2 queen beds, mounted TV and full bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. Younger guests will absolutely love the Bunk Bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (Twin over Full mattresses). This room will sleep 4 adults or 6 children comfortably. There is also a mounted flat screen TV and a full bath with shower/tub combination. All of the bedrooms are decorated in a classic coastal look, in addition the beds are dressed in cotton linens, a combination of down and hypoallergenic pillows and there are black out drapes on the windows.

Amenities at 7 Flotilla will provide the ultimate in comfort your entire stay. For starters, the experience of the ocean view from so many indoor and outdoor perspectives is truly special. The large private pool provides hours of enjoyment and features a heated spa and furnished pool deck with chaise lounges. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The outdoor living area is a furnished covered patio with dining table and chairs, ceiling fan and gas grill, and just off the pool deck you will find a conveniently located refrigerator and ping pong table for guests to enjoy. A main floor laundry room and a garage provide ample utility space inside the home, and the home is outfitted with cable, the latest flat screen TVs, wireless internet and keyless entry. Free daily tennis is also provided for guests of 7 Flotilla at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center!

An elevator is also available for elderly and special needs with advanced notice, signed waiver and refundable deposit. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplaces are non-functioning inside the home.

Overall great house for large family beach vacation. Big rooms, nice layout, everything worked, great kid's room. We have experienced many management companies: this one was the best. A few recommendations: add more chairs to porches, add at least one umbrella table to pool deck and dishwasher takes forever. Overall, very happy w no major complaints!!

Absolutely loved this beautiful home! Kitchen very well equipped, huge fabulous bedrooms & bathrooms, very clean & organized & the kids thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table! One suggestion is that the pool needed cleaning probably twice a week because by the end of week, it was very cloudy & full of leaves (note that week a storm came thru that blew lots of leaves & debris in the pool). We tried to get as many leaves as possible out of the pool, yet it was milky by the end of the week.

Manager's Note: Thank you so much for booking your vacation with us and sharing your experience! Regarding pools, they are actually cleaned twice per week (Saturday and Wednesday), but the Saturday clean often occurs prior to guest arrival. Storms can disrupt pools and we appreciate your efforts to clean as best you could following the storm that we had that week!

I would have rated all categories 'exceeded expectations' but we have come to expect such a high level of service and exceptional housing that I am not sure it is possible to get better. I would recommend Destination Vacation Hilton Head to anyone wanting to experience the best HHI has to offer. Each home we have rented has been very comfortable, beautifully decorated and is complete with everything we needed for a great vacation. Our family keeps getting bigger so it is harder to find a home that will house all of us comfortably. Gail and her team work really hard to accommodate us

This was our second stay at 7 Flotilla and just like the first stay everything was amazing!!! This property is truly wonderful. It is like being at home. We loved everything about it. From the ocean view to the location inside Palmetto Dunes we have never stayed at a better home to fit our needs. I love to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything. The floor plan is wonderful and everything flows so nicely. Destination Vacation has been excellent to work with both times we have stayed. The home is very maintained, updated and super clean. We will be back next year!!!

Service was prompt and they checked on us during week to make sure things were going well and that everything was up to par. We had full capacity and it accommodates us well. Loved the layout, everything was clean and we were impressed with the quality of appliances and we’ll equipped kitchen. It was important to have three masters for us. We rented a home down the beach since our family had 30 people. I’m sorry to say that it didn’t compare with this home. Everyone had an amazing time, we loved closeness to the grocery and we biked to the general store daily or went there after our tennis matches. The pool was a big hit with all the little ones and the veranda was perfect for family photos. We didn’t go out to eat but Ordered in twice. That’s why the kitchen area was so important. We did go out for ice cream and felt comfortable because people were wearing masks. Everyone wanted to comeback. We just need to find two rentals together for our family that are comparable. We would highly recommend this beach home property!
