This elegant Sea Pines home has a wonderful 3rd row walkway location, 6 bedrooms, newly renovated bathrooms (2023) and a private pool and spa. With outstanding features and amenities, including high speed internet access, the multi-level floor plan provides wonderful bedroom separation and living areas. The living rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, provide the perfect arrangement for adults and kids. The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and top-of-the-line Wolf appliances. The distinctive architecture and quality construction of this home will please the most discriminating of guests.

The 1st floor of this home features a Master Suite, chefs kitchen that opens to a large living room with mounted flat screen TV and dining area adjacent to the living room with views of the pool and Atlantic Ocean in the distance. The full size laundry room and an extra full bathroom with walk-in shower are also located on this floor.

The mid-level is halfway up the staircase and has a guest bedroom with 2 Twins beds and a full bath. The 2nd Floor features a second master suite with King bed and full bath with walk-in shower. The three other guest bedrooms on the 2nd Floor each have a Queen bed and full bath, and the Living Room on this level offers a sleeper sofa for extra bedding.

The swimming pool and spa provide the perfect area for outdoor entertaining with table, chairs and a gas grill. (Spa heat included with rental. Pool heat available for an additional charge) The location on the walkway to the ocean provides convenient access to miles of gorgeous Hilton Head beaches.

This wonderful location is an easy bike ride to the Harbour Town and South Beach Marinas where you can enjoy dining, shopping and water sports. This location is also convenient to the abundant amenities within Sea Pines such as miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We have rented from Destination Vacation for well over twenty years now and have always been extremely satisfied with the homes we rented and the service we received. This year was no exception. We rented two homes and ran into minor problems at both. The problems were addressed and taken care of immediately for the most part. The exception being the hot tub at Wood Ibis 17 which needed a part that was not available during our stay. We have rented Wood Ibis 17 for several years now. Good location for us and the layout fits our family extremely well.

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The very small things (burned out lights) were hardly noticeable. The swimming pool company was excellent! They fixed the spa and the pool programs so that the waterfalls ran during the day keeping the water moving. The family from Merry Maids was wonderful; but, sometimes, I think they are not given sufficient time to clean - we weren’t able to get in until 4:45. After an 11-hr drive, this is disappointing. But, they do a fantastic job of preparing the house. We are looking forward to returning next year.

The house is a perfect location on the private path and just two houses back from the beach. When finished with the sand for the day, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool or hot tub. The house has a wonderful kitchen and dining area that serves as the center of activities. The adjoining family room area has plenty of seating and the furnishings are perfectly comfortable. This is a great house to have multiple families or generations as there is a main level master bedroom and two family room areas. Destination Vacations has always been wonderful to deal with and if there has ever been an issue, they have been very responsive.
