Located in the highly coveted private community of Turtle Lane Club within Sea Pines, 21 Turtle Lane is a truly special vacation retreat. Completely renovated and professionally decorated in 2022, this meticulous townhome has 4 bedrooms, bedding for 10 guests and is located just steps from the pristine beaches along the famed Atlantic coastline of Hilton Head Island.

The bedrooms of 21 Turtle Lane Club include a master suite with king bed and private bath with walk-in shower and a guest suite with king bed, private bath and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms include a guest bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with 2 queen beds, both of which share a full bathroom with shower/tub combination. All of the bedrooms have manufactured wood floors and smart TVs, and all of the bathrooms have tile floors and quartz countertops.

The open floor plan incorporates a light-filled family room with 65 inch TV and beautiful furnishings. The custom designed gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, GE Monogram appliances, Gas cooktop, Keurig/Drip combination coffee maker and large center island with built-in beverage refrigerator and microwave with pull-out drawer. The dining areas include a table and chairs for 8 guests (or up to 12 with two table leaves), separate breakfast table and 4 counter stools at the kitchen island. A full bath is also located on this level to serve guests in the common areas of the home and provide an extra shower in the home. The home is professionally decorated and outfitted with furniture from Pottery Barn and free Wifi. The fenced deck off the kitchen and family room features a dining table and chairs with a Weber gas grill (propane provided).

Guests will enjoy the convenience of the keyless entry and can use the garage for a vehicle or to store beach gear, bikes and golf clubs. One of the Turtle Lane Club swimming pools is just steps away from the back patio of 21 Turtle Lane Club, and of course, the beach is just steps away in the other direction making this home optimally placed within the complex. Please note, this home does not have a landline.

Turtle Lane Club is one of the most popular vacation spots on Hilton Head Island. The pristine beaches and the central Sea Pines location create endless possibilities for fun. The oceanfront complex has private beach access, two swimming pools and private gated entry. In addition, the proximity of Turtle Lane Club is an easy walk to some of Sea Pines' finest amenities. The Plantation Golf Club with two 18-hole championship golf courses and the Fraser Tavern restaurant are just across the street, and the Sea Pines Beach Club is right next door where you can enjoy a beachside lunch or dinner as well as evening entertainment and a trolley station with routes throughout Sea Pines during summer months. Since Turtle Lane Club is just steps away from the Beach Club, guests can walk to the Beach Club very easily.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

21 Turtle Lane Club is a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay very much. We have stayed in many units at TLC over the past 10+ years and 21 has been the best one! The only way I could improve our stay would be if I was the owner!

Our group of three families had a wonderful stay at 21 Turtle Lane. The condo was clean, beautiful decor and well equipped. Very convenient to the beach and pool and a great deck. We appreciated the welcome gift of chocolate chip cookies and management checked in with us a couple days into our stay to see if we needed anything. The only issue was there was only one outside trash can.

This is a beautiful home, recently remodeled. Bedrooms are private and not stacked all together, floor plan was great. Kitchen had EVERYTHING! We could not have been happier. Our small staff wants to go back there again next year! Destination Vacation always has quality homes to rent!

A wonderful vacation was had by all! Turtle Lane Club 21 was the best place we have stayed! The townhome exceeded all out expectations. What a beautiful kitchen with all the added amenities, beautiful flooring and great room. The bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We loved it and will of course ask for it in the future. At this point, I can not schedule due to schools, camps etc. for next year. But as soon as I know I will be calling. Thank you from all of my family for a great vacation. I am sorry for the delay getting in to the house due to your cleaning crew but it was worth the wait. Thank you for the gift card for our dinner Monday night. Thank you so much and please share with the owners how much we love their new home.

Have used DVHHI for several bookings and have never disappointed us. Their service has been exceptional and professional. The rental at 21 Turtle Lane Club far exceeded what we expected. Newly renovated and is close to the beach and to restaurants we normally frequent. I would say there were only two things that were a nuance was the sap from the pine tree on the porch but we adapted and the iron did not work which was no big deal as we brought a travel iron. We loved this townhouse so much we booked it for next year. We love this area of Sea Pines.

Great place! Walk to the beach was not far at all, which was a good plus. Would stay there again. Homeowners did a wonderful job in remodeling. Only complaint I have was the pools could have been cleaned.

The on-site pools are actually cleaned each morning but we are just in the Spring pollen season where the trees drop extra leaves and debris and within a few hours it can look like they need to be cleaned again.
