18 Wood Ibis ~ Sea Pines

We are thrilled to welcome 18 Wood Ibis in Sea Pines to Destination Vacation! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has the look and feel of a beach cottage with professional updates throughout. Located 3rd Row Oceanside, 18 Wood Ibis features a private pool, gas grill, furnished screened porch, hardwood flooring and updated kitchen and bathrooms.

The 1st floor of this home is an open floorplan with hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chair and features a mounted flat screen TV. The dining table seats 6 guests and the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. A pair of French doors lead from the kitchen to the screened-in porch with comfortable seating and a mounted TV on the wall. The screened porch overlooks the pool, so you can watch the family swim while also enjoying your favorite game on the TV!

Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of this home. The first bedroom features a king bed, mounted TV and a full bathroom with shower/tub. This bathroom also has a separate door to the hallway so guests in common areas can use it. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds (XL size mattresses), mounted TV and private bath with shower/tub.

The 2nd floor of the home features a loft and additional bedroom. The loft has a mounted TV, sleeper sofa and chairs, and sleeper sofa linens are provided. The bedroom on this level features a king bed, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower. Guests using the loft sleeper sofa would plan to use the bathroom in this bedroom or they could go downstairs and use the bathroom with the hall entrance.

The private pool at 18 Wood Ibis features a pool deck with regular chairs and chaise lounge chairs. The home offers a laundry area with full size washer and dryer and the home is outfitted with cable, flat screen TVs and wireless internet at no cost to guests. The home also features keyless access for your convenience. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplace is non-functioning inside the home, and this home does not have a landline.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Loved the home. Scheduled to return next year. Would have been nice to receive a discount for rescheduling. The house met all of our needs. A few things to improve… towel rack in up stairs bathroom and a few coffee filters. The TV remotes were a bit weird. You turned on one and others in other rooms turned on. Thx u.

The home that we stayed in at 18 Wood Ibis was lovely. It's a great location and just minutes to the beach, as promised. The furnishings were fresh and up to date. Maybe the owner is waiting for pieces in the upstairs bedroom, that seemed a little sparse. The linens and dishes were great, the amenities were very nice. I might suggest that you let guests know ahead of time that hairdryers will be available and maybe supply coffee filters so that people don't have to purchase 200 of those. There were plenty of dishes and glassware but we would have used some smaller bowls for ice cream if they were there. The beds were very comfortable and the grill was great. We appreciated the keyless entry and think that your company is really on top of sending things to guests making sure that all goes smoothly. I would recommend DVHHI whenever I get the chance. Thanks for what you do to help people enjoy vacation!

The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stuff. We had issues with flooding in the driveway of the house, and DVHHI was very responsive on both occasions. We were very pleased with the set up with dish towels, soap and detergent, much better than other companies we’ve rented from elsewhere. Overall terrific experience! Thank you!
