Brand New Oceanfront Home! We are thrilled to welcome 36 Canvasback to Destination Vacation!

Built in 2023, 36 Canvasback features quality amenities throughout the home and offers the serenity of luxury Oceanfront living. There is an immediate warmth and welcoming feeling to this special property that will make your Hilton Head vacation perfectly relaxing. The beautiful bedrooms each have a private bath, designed for comfort and privacy. The 1st floor great room encompasses a large living area, and the kitchen, with back kitchen and upscale appliances, along with the adjoining dining area are perfectly situated to enjoy casual living with elegant views of your private pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The first floor also includes a large laundry room, powder room and guest suite with queen bed, ocean view and full bath with walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor features the other 4 bedrooms and an oceanfront balcony, shared by the Master Suite and nearby Guest Suite with King bed. Both of these suites have full baths with walk-in showers and both have TVs and ocean views. The "Rasberry Room" is a guest suite with king bed, ocean views and full bath with walk-in shower, and the kids suite features a queen bed and 3 twin beds, TV viewing area and full bath with separate bathtub and walk-in shower.

Step outside from the 1st floor living area onto a large covered veranda for outdoor dining and lounging or the separate screened-in porch with outdoor living room furniture and large mounted TV on tabby mantel with hand selected local shells. Beyond the veranda is the furnished pool deck and private pool with shallow shelf and spa where you can enjoy Hilton Head while basking in the sunshine or relaxing under the stars, and a side bar area and grilling station offers a unique oceanfront hangout while managing the grill. A beach path beside the home provides easy access to the acclaimed Hilton Head beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We’ve booked through Destination Vacation forever but made the mistake of going through another company last year. Never again! I absolutely love working with Gail who knows me so well and always gives me her personal opinion, which I so appreciate. The oceanfront house splurge was by far the best home we’ve ever rented. Spoiled beyond words, ugh!
