1 Seaside Sparrow is located in one of the most beautiful settings in Sea Pines Resort. The 4th row, corner lot location overlooks a gorgeous lagoon, which offers extensive water views from the Living Room, Dining Room and upper balcony areas. The home has been renovated beautifully from floor to ceiling and the abundant windows provide exceptional views and natural light in all of the main living areas. The thoughtfully designed outdoor area with private pool and outdoor spa is surrounded by a privacy wall and includes a large, built-in grilling station for memorable outdoor gatherings. Additional balconies and patio areas provide the perfect alternatives for enjoying the outdoors.

This delightful beach home is just 4th Row from the ocean with a wonderful Sea Pines location that allows easy access to the miles of sugar-sand beaches, endless bike trails, world-class golf & tennis as well as South Beach Marina Village and Harbour Town.

The two-story layout has a downstairs den/living room and upstairs Living Room with extended sitting area. Both of these living rooms have large flat screen TV's. Adjacent to the upstairs living room is the gorgeous dining room and wet bar in front of a wall of windows, and the renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The upstairs bedrooms include the large Master suite with King bed, love seat and desk, 2 additional Master bedrooms with King bed,s and a 4th bedroom with a Queen bed. Downstairs bedrooms include a guest room with 3 Twins, another bedroom with 2 queen beds and a third bedroom with a Bunk bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom). The downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds has direct access to a full bathroom in the hallway, and all other bedrooms have insuite baths. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV's, and all bathrooms have been meticulously upgraded with granite counters, new cabinets and walk-in showers.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. This is the 4th time our family stayed in this house in the South Beach area. We love the area and ability to walk to the beach. Riding bikes on the awesome bike trails is a favorite of everyone. The team at Destination Vacation is wonderful!! They helped with even little things like getting rid of a few wasp nests. Their kindness and professionalism has us going back to them for our vacation needs.

The house fit our large family very well. There were only a couple of suggestions that would have helped our stay be more comfortable. We ate at the house a lot and there was not enough seats for all of us to eat inside. There is room for another small table at the end of the living area that would have helped us with seating. Also, there was only one large casserole dish. A couple more large glass casserole dishes would have been nice. The gate locks needed some attention. We loved that everyone had their own bath and the living area was large enough for the whole family. We had only two requests and those were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We love not having to look for another house for next year. We will be here again.

Our family loved the home at 1 Seaside Sparrow. Wonderful location and bedroom and bathroom to spare. Pool is great. It is a very spacious home for a large group. We only wish we could have brought our dog although rules are rules.

This house is incredible and we absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this house. Destination Vacation is a great company to work with. They are very communicative and provide all the information needed in a timely manner. The house was super clean when we arrived. The layout of the house is such that every bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom, except for one of the downstairs bedrooms which has a bathroom right across the hall. Every room in the house is spacious and we never felt crowded with our large family group of 18. The dining room, living room and sunroom are full of windows and light. The view overlooking Sprunt Pond is magnificent. We could see birds, fish and alligators from our window. We used the screened porch for morning coffee and an extra play area for the children. We LOVED the kitchen, as we cooked all our meals. Lots of space, and the extra large refrigerator and two dishwashers were much appreciated. The pool is clean and beautiful and we used it every day. The grill area is another great bonus area outside. The walk to the beach is a little longer than we expected, but we managed it with toddlers, wagons and a 93 year old, and most of the walk is shaded. A fabulous place! My only suggestion would be doorlocks. The exterior doors all lock, but only one bathroom has a doorlock and no bedrooms have doorlocks. We had a wonderful vacation. We hope to rent this house again.

1 Seaside Sparrow was wonderfully equipped and perfect for our stay. The one time we called DV to ask for a broom, they came out immediately and showed us where one was located but left one for the upstairs as well. We can’t wait for our stay next year!

The house was beautifully maintained and we especially appreciated the 2 dishwashers, 2 coffeepots and outdoor bar fridge. The proximity to South Beach restaurants and beach path were instrumental in our booking this rental. The only suggestion we would have is to have shade around the pool, whether in a few umbrellas or an overhead awning. It is pretty intense without it. Thank you for an easy and wonderful experience with our rental. Hopefully,we can schedule another visit in the future.

Destination Vacation was a pleasure to work with. Always very helpful! 1 Seaside Sparrow was a beautiful and spacious house with everything that we needed for a large group of 14 people. The location was perfect and distance from the beach much closer that what we expected. The house was very clean with enough bathroom towel for everyone. One thing that I think they need to add to the rentals is Beach Towels. We had an amazing time in Hilton Head and we will definitely come back. We were so happy with Destination Vacation that I will recommend it to my friends. Thank you.
