11 Piping Plover ~ Sea Pines

This 2nd row Sea Pines home has everything needed for a wonderful vacation experience. The light-filled great room adjoins the kitchen, dining room and living room. The large windows overlook the private swimming pool and spa. The pool area is surrounded by mature landscaping to give you the sense you are in your own haven, but the exposure allows for sun and shade throughout the day. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

The 1st level has three bedrooms: one with 2 full beds and two bedrooms each with a king bed. All bedrooms have private baths. The laundry room and great room are also on the first level. The master suite on this level with king bed is fully renovated (2019).

The 2nd level has a loft/den with TV, game table and three bedrooms: One bedroom with 2 twins and one with 2 sets of bunks share a bath. The third bedroom is a fully renovated Master Suite with king bed (2019).

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Destination Vacation is my first choice for home rentals on Hilton Head. The homes we have rented have met or exceeded our expectations and DV is very responsive to questions or issues. (Thank you for dropping off the Keurig!) This year we were in 11 Piping Plover. The house was great for the 4 generations with a well stocked kitchen. The open floor plan and large dining room table accommodated us all. Our only request was for more plastic cups for use beside the pool.

The close access to the beach, private pool and quiet neighborhood feel is probably the main reason we keep coming back to this home. The home is lovely and a perfect size for our family of 14. Main living area could use a little updating, but that is not a critical factor as the 3 master bedrooms have been remodeled. Small suggestion, the master bedroom, closest to the front door, could use a full length mirror. Kudos to your office staff. Everyone is so professional whenever we call, and if there are any issues they are always addressed promptly.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for 15 years as a family and finally found our spot! You can certainly tell the owners of this home treat it as more than just a vacation spot. Plenty of room, easy stroll to the beach, and so many little touches in the home that make it an enjoyable stay. We had on small thing that needs fixing while we were there and they were on it immediately. We will certainly be back!

Our rental was terrific as expected. Outdoor pool area was spacious which was a plus when we had all eleven of us. Beach access was okay - although would have been nice to have a better path to the beach access path.

Beautiful home and pool. Everything was as expected. Any maintenance issues were quickly addressed. Destination Vacations did a great job of recommending businesses. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have the kitchen stocked with basics (ie. spices, cleaning supplies, coffee filters). I have rented ALOT of airbnb's, VRBO's and from other rental agencies, both in the US, the Caribbean and in Europe, and I've never had to supply my own salt and pepper in a kitchen, let alone other condiments. I understand that you may work differently, but they are your competition, and I consider this to be a high-end rental.

We have been coming to HH for a summer family week for the past 10 years (excepting last year due to the pandemic). It is a wonderful place for a multi-generational vacation. Although we have worked with others, we have most often used and prefer Destination Vacation as we find them to have a generally good roster of available homes and to be superior in terms of service and responsiveness, particularly if there is an issue to be addressed (we did have an issue with the washer). 11 Piping Plover, although a bit smaller than some others we have stayed at, generally worked out well for us. It is nicely located and well appointed with a good bedroom layout (we are 6 adults and 5 grandchildren), and is comparatively a good value at its price point.

Home was beautiful and spacious and nicely maintained. My family especially loved having the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We had minor issues with the TVs and internet connection, but they were promptly taken care of. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Friendly courteous staff answered all questions and helpful in arranging booking, follow ups, and final payment. Home beautifully appointed, upper area just perfect for early teen granddaughters. Fully stocked with whatever utensils needed. Excellent gas grill, micro wave etc. Patio and pool area gave a lot of space for activities. Approximation to shore just what we anticipated. Weather cooperated and we had a great family vacation from pool to ocean to pool and back again, including a sea turtle laying her eggs. Our 11th visit in 16years and perhaps the best.
