With sweeping ocean views, 14 Brigantine is a gorgeous oceanfront home in Palmetto Dunes Resort with a private pool, spa and private beach path. The attention to detail, quality construction and first-class amenities go hand-in-hand with the oceanfront location on Hilton Head Island. This magnificent home sleeps up to 16 guests.

Upon entering the home at 14 Brigantine, you will immediately notice the foyer with high ceilings and travertine tile floors that lead past impressive columns to the Living Room with 60" HDTV, wicker sofas and love seats and built-in shelving. This living room has glass doors to the pool deck and a direct ocean view. Four bedrooms are located on this level, as well as the laundry area. The bedrooms include 2 Master suites, each with a King bed, double vanity bath with separate tub and walk-in shower, and flat-screen TVï¿½s. Both Master suites have ocean views and access doors to the patio and pool deck. The other 2 Guest bedrooms on this level include a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, full bath and flat-screen TV and a bedroom with 2 Double beds, full bath and flat-screen TV.

The rich hardwood flooring begins on the stairs and continues throughout the upper Main Level. Once upstairs, you will enter the large oceanfront Living Room with comfortable furniture, fireplace and large flat-screen HDTV. This room opens onto an oceanfront veranda with magnificent 180 degree views of the ocean. Adjacent to the living room is the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, wine cooler and Viking appliances. The Dining Room seats 8 with direct views of the ocean, and the Breakfast area and bar stools add additional seating for up to 7 more guests. A separate media room is on this level with a large sectional sofa, DVD player and flat-screen HDTV. The bedrooms on the Main Level include the Master with King bed, fireplace, sitting area, mounted flat-screen TV and direct ocean views. Doors open onto the oceanfront veranda from this room. The 2nd bedroom on this level has a Queen bed, full bath and flat-screen TV.

Amenities at 14 Brigantine will take your vacation to the next level, and a highlight of the home is its spectacular outdoor living space. With multiple levels of covered and uncovered patio and decking areas, the setting is perfect for entertaining, eating, reading or relaxing all while enjoying the breathtaking ocean views. The pool deck offers lounge chairs, eating areas and an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, ice maker, and sink. There is a full bath with an entrance from the pool deck so that you do not need to go into the house. The pool and spa will provide hours of fun for the entire family. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee. Wireless internet is available at no cost to guests. Garage use is allowed for all guests of this home, and free daily tennis is provided for guests at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

The home and its location is perfect for our family vacation. The team at DV does an excellent job with the booking and management of the property. The only comment I can make toward improvement is that when we arrived at 4:00pm there was only one very hard working individual from the housekeeping team on the job. There were some minor details which had not been attended to but because we had arrived she was trying to hurry out of the house. We assumed it was like everything else post COVID and employees are hard to find. I thought it was worth mentioning. Thank you for yet another memory filled HHI vacation!

The house we rented was fabulous! The pool was great and the beach access was wonderful also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing I found disappointing was that the restaurants do not take reservations. It made for a long wait the night we are out and it deterred us from dining out more.

We've been visiting Hilton Head for over 20 years. This is the first time we've used Destination Vacation. We originally booked this home in 2020. Once Covid hit Destination Vacation worked with us to refund the rent and apply the reservation fee to this year. The rental process was quite easy and user friendly. Communication from the team was excellent. The house was exactly as described and portrayed in the photos. We arrived to a spotless home, windows included! DV recommended a local grocer and made sure they had access to the home prior to our arrival. We were fortunate that no one was renting the home on our check out day, so Gail gave us a late checkout and we pushed our flight back to enjoy a little more Hilton Head sun! Will absolutely use DV for our future trips. Thank you!

My family and I loved our accommodation at 14 Brigantine. Our family consists of 6 adults and 4 children and the house had a perfect layout for us. Each family had their own area with plenty of common space as well. The house is very well equipped and very well maintained. The setting is beautiful and right on the beach. We spent many hours on the beach and the pool was a huge hit. We have already booked our vacation for next year and can’t wait to return to this beautiful home. I can’t say enough about our interaction with Destination Vacation. From our booking last year to our final conversation at departure they were so friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a couple very minor issues with the house that were addressed promptly. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who are heading to Hilton Head. It’s a wonderful vacation spot with plenty to offer all ages.
