We are proud to welcome 15 S. Beach Lagoon to Destination Vacation! Located in the exclusive S. Beach Lagoon neighborhood, 15 S. Beach Lagoon features quality amenities throughout the home and offers the serenity of luxury Oceanfront living. With an extended 2nd floor balcony and oceanfront pool deck, guests will enjoy a luxury Southern experience with extra privacy among one of Sea Pines most exclusive neighborhoods.

There is an immediate warmth and welcoming feeling to this special property that will make your Hilton Head vacation perfectly relaxing. The entry foyer leads to the main living room with TV, coffered ceiling and large wrap-around sofa. The living room has access to the pool deck and also opens up to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features stainless appliances, double oven, gas Viking range and views of the ocean. A full laundry room is around the corner from the kitchen, and there are 2 bedrooms on this floor, including an Oceanfront Master Suite with king bed and full bath with separate tub and walk-in shower, a private study with queen sleeper sofa, and a Guest Suite with King bed and full bath (walk-in shower).

Mid-way to the 2nd floor is a bedroom over the garage with 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (Twin/Queen, Twin/Queen), Single Sleeper Sofa and a full bath with walk-in shower. Continuing to the 2nd floor, the bedrooms include 3 Oceanfront Suites with king beds and full baths with walk-in showers. These 3 King Suites all share an oceanfront balcony that extends the width of the home and offers rocking chairs and peaceful ocean views. The 2nd floor of the home also features a Guest Suite with King bed and full bath (shower/tub combination), Guest Suite with Queen bed, Twin bed and full bath (shower/tub combination), and a Den with a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Step outside from the 1st floor living area onto a covered veranda for outdoor relaxation and lounging. The previous space with the swimming pool is being converted to an extended outdoor space and a new 21' x 24' in-ground pool, spa and kiddy pool will be built in time for the 2024 season. A private boardwalk offers immediate access to the beach, and its premier oceanfront location is within walking distance of the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, surf shop and the Sea Pines Trolley station (in season). Our experience was only Met as we had owned and lived ocean front on HH for 20 yrs, so expectations were high and met. Accommodations were fabulous and easily worked for our 8 adults and 7 grandchildren. Everything was as advertised, very clean and well stocked. Very convenient to the beach, outstanding pool complex, and easy to access all sea pines amenities. Responsiveness and ease of dealing with DVHHI was great and would definitely rent through them again. The cookies were a fabulous touch, made our grandchildren’s day when they arrived Thanks for everything

Our experience with Destination Vacations has been amazing! Excellent communication throughout the entire process. The house was beautiful and all our needs were met. We had an issue with air conditioning in one of the rooms and after contacting you to discuss it you addressed the situation the same day. I look forward to renting from you in the future!
