Unique wrap-around balcony with 180 degree views of Calibogue Sound make 1837 Beachside Tennis a truly special vacation villa! 1837 Beachside Tennis is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in the charming South Beach community of Sea Pines. A meticulously cleaned and nicely furnished villa will make you feel right at home, and watching dolphins frolic and deer graze from multiple balconies, along with community pool and beach access, will provide hours of outdoor fun with the beautiful Calibogue Sound as your backdrop.

1837 Beachside Tennis is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath has spectacular views of the beach and Sound and due to its location in the building, features an extended wrap-around balcony with panoramic views. The Master has a King bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have private baths and the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds has its own private balcony. There are 3 TVs in the villa, free wireless internet service, and a full size washing machine and dryer.

Beachside Tennis offers a community pool, grilling stations and private beach access for guests staying in the complex.

South Beach in Sea Pines is one of the most sought-after areas on the Island. Surrounded by water, there is beauty at every turn. The quaint Cape-Cod style Marina Village is just steps away from Beachside Tennis and offers boutique shopping, dining and water activities like kayaking, fishing and dolphin tours. I could care less if I ever go anywhere else. I love HIlton Head Island, Sea Pines, and Beachside Tennis Villas. The accomodations are phenomenal. Clean, well equipped, phenomenal views, close to the beach, beautiful pool, and close to the Salty Dog. I enjoy riding my tricycle on the lovely shaded bike paths. Very relaxing. I have already booked for the same unit in May and September 2025. Thank you Destination Vacation. You make it very easy.

We occupied 2 properties over the past 2 weeks, 1837 Beachside (2 Br/2Ba condo) and s 4-BR house. Both properties were very clean and tidy on our arrival. Plenty of clean towels were provided for bath and kitchen use. Washers and dryers worked efficiently and kept us with clean items. Beach chairs and trolley were available at the condo; beach chairs at the house.  1837 Beachside Tennis was a wonderful surprise in that it had the constant stunning ocean views and convenient access to pool, beach and of course, Salty Dog! The furnishings and design were so beach-y and pleasant, we hated giving it up to our non-parent adult children when the end of the first week came. All in all, the properties and services were top notch and we will certainly be back…if not next summer, soon! (The kids are already talking about when they can come back to Hilton Head!) We are very appreciative of your management and attention to your properties and your guests' needs- THANK YOU!

This is a very comfortable property, and the view is fantastic. It is also exceptionally clean. It is the best property we have stayed in on Hilton Head in 20 years.

Best vacation rental for us in many years. Location of villa in the complex and South Beach is great! A couple of plumbing problems with the kitchen sink were quickly addressed. We will definitely be coming back!!
