1901 South Beach Club is a stunning 1st floor condo in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. Completely renovated from floor to ceiling in 2022, this beautiful villa feels brand new and offers a favorable floorplan with bedroom and bathroom privacy and openness between the dining room, kitchen and living room with balcony access. The balcony features a private staircase to the ground level so guests have the ultimate convenience of walking directly back to the villa from the pool and the beach. 1901 South Beach Club offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, bedding for 6 guests and some of the most spectacular sunsets on Hilton Head Island!

Bedrooms include the master suite with king bed, work desk, mounted TV, balcony access and Sound views, and new bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 vanities and walk-in closet with dresser. The King Suite features a king bed, work desk, mounted flat screen TV and full bath with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, closet and full bath with commode and walk-in shower. The condo offers free Wifi to all guests, but please note, this condo does not have a landline.

The South Beach Club buildings, landscape, private swimming pool and amenities are impeccably maintained, and Calibogue Sound can be enjoyed for recreation as a beach or boaters paradise or as a wildlife refuge with passing dolphins, sea birds, sanddollars and starfish. The wonderful South Beach location is just steps from miles of sugar-sand beaches, the shops, restaurants and boating activities at the South Beach Marina Village and endless bike paths. Being inside the gated community of Sea Pines gives you public access to three championship golf courses, Harbour Town Yacht Basin, two world-class tennis centers and 650-acre forest preserve. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

The condo was very well appointed, beautifully decorated, clean and roomy. The complex is very well maintained. Easy access to the beach and easy walk to the marina. All the patio furniture except for one chair was high top, would be nice to have a standard height table and chairs or at least some standard height chairs. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for at least 25 years and would rank this condo in our top 5. We have already recommended it to our friends.

We have rented several homes through Destination Vacation over the years. Every home we have rented has always been immaculate with DV and this was certainly the case with this home as well! The condo was recently renovated, and it was well stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. The welcome cookie package as a great touch! I would not hesitate to rent this condo and through Destination Vacation again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. I would only make a couple of small improvements. There were no comfortable chairs on the patio deck. Only high top chairs. Add a rocker or regular size chairs to relax and watch the beautiful view. Adding a full length mirror would also be nice. It could be attached on the inside of a closet door. The keyless entry was also a plus. It was also a nice touch to have the delicious cookies and personal note to welcome our family.
