21 Atlantic Pointe is located in the oceanside Atlantic Pointe neighborhood of Sea Pines Plantation. This beautifully updated home offers stunning views of the 15th green of the Atlantic Dunes golf course designed by Davis Love III with the Atlantic Ocean as the perfect backdrop. Relax on multiple balcony levels while enjoying ocean views or take a dip in your private pool and spa with waterfall feature!

21 Atlantic Pointe offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and bedding for up to 10 guests. The main level of this home features the Kitchen, Breakfast Bar, furnished Den with flat screen TV and game table, Dining Room and Living Room. Ocean views can be seen from the kitchen, den and living room. Also included on this level is a Master Suite with king bed, queen sleeper sofa and full bath.

The second floor features 3 guest bedrooms and a full laundry room. The first guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, mounted TV, private balcony and a full en-suite bath with shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, TV and full en-suite bath with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom is a master suite with king bed, large bathroom with marble floors, separate tub and walk-in shower and gorgeous views of the 15th green and Atlantic Ocean. This master suite also features a private balcony with furniture and stunning views.

Amenities at 21 Atlantic Pointe are a dream come true! The home is less than a minute walk to the beach and offers it's own private pool and spa, and the community offers private beach access and a community pool and tennis/pickleball court for owners and guests. High speed internet access is provided for all guests, as well as a gas grill and pub-style table and seating on the first floor balcony. Three levels of balconies highlight the gorgeous golf-to-ocean views behind the home, including a 3rd floor balcony as high as the roofline!

Located in Sea Pines Resort, Atlantic Pointe is a prestigious neighborhood that borders the Sea Pines Atlantic Dunes golf course and Atlantic Ocean. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

We have stayed at 21 Atlantic Point for (I believe) four years and have liked it very much! And it very much met our expectations again this year. (I would have marked “exceeded expectations” if this year had been our first there.). We would like to stay there again next year!

We have stayed here using Destination Vacation several times before. They always provide us with great service and a wonderful place to stay. This time was no different. The only glitch was trying to get in the front door when we arrived. However, we called them and they were able to help us immediately and I feel sure they will have the lock problem completely resolved next time we stay here.

We have been to HHI for vacations for many years and in fact owned a vacation home on HHI for about 13 years. We have been booking with Destination Vacation for about 3 years now and are very pleased with their service and accommodations. We had made suggestions about improving the property we stayed in last year and when we stayed there this time all of the suggestions we had given had been done. The property was in perfect shape.

Home was fantastic! Well loved home, exquisitely designed with much lighting and stellar views, exceptionally clean, and kitchen was well stocked. Great location! Some items in the home were showing wear and tear, but nothing out of the norm since that’s bound to happen over time. We do want to also give a shout-out to the property management, who helped us with a swift response. On our first eve we had troubles getting the hot tub to work at all. After several calls to Mgmt for help, they sent a guy who arrived within 15 minutes and found out that a connection had been disconnected. He fixed it and we had no troubles after that. We all felt that it was very well handled for us. To the owners, you have a beautiful home and we are grateful for the memories created there. Thank you for opening up your home foe others to enjoy!

21 Atlantic Pointe was exceptional. Great home with excellent views. The only major issue was the ac in the master bedroom, but thanks to your Sunday staff and a very diligent and friendly ac repair tech., the problem was solved before the end of the day. My thanks to both guys. Had issues with the WiFi, but that only bothered the kids, too bad. Kids would have liked the waterfall to run. Overall very pleasant. Will look at booking for same time next year. Also the walk to the beach couldn't have been better.

This house exceeded our expectations. It was clean, roomy, tastefully decorated and was in a great location. The view was outstanding. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a gourmet meal. We would definite stay here again. The personnel at Destination Vacation were nice to work with providing a personal touch that is difficult to find these days.

The home was clean--important to us. We liked having two 'family-room' areas on the main floor, with plenty of seating in both areas. The view was delightful--even better than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered porches!!!!! The only thing that could have been improved would have been MORE TOWELS. With the beach, the pool, the hot tub and regular usage, we needed more towels.

We do encourage guests to bring their own beach and pool towels because they are not provided with the rental. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Highly responsive; detailed, beyond what was expected. The home was excellent; may have included a few amenities, i.e. tennis rackets, etc. to complement the amenities of the neighborhood.

Manager's Note: Thank you for the wonderful feedback! The private Atlantic Pointe community offers a clay tennis court for guests to use free of charge, but we encourage guests to bring their own equipment (shoes, rackets, balls) since the home does not provide them. Thank you!
