A beautiful Sea Pines home with a sophisticated, yet casual flair. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bath beauty offers a professionally designed interior with serene color palette right out of Coastal Living Magazine! Located on a large, deep lot with views of the Sea Pines Atlantic Dunes golf course, 24 N. Live Oak is only a 12-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the beach.

This home has a spacious lay-out with abundant natural light. The main level is easily accessible (no stairs) and features a Gourmet Kitchen, Breakfast Bar with 3 stools, Dining Room, Family Room, Living Room, Master Suite, Laundry Room, and 2 Half Baths.

The Gourmet Kitchen is open to both the Family Room and Living Room and features a gas cooktop, large microwave, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. The nautical-themed Family Room includes a 55 inch HDTV with DVD/Bluray player and a breakfast bar with stools. The large, light Living Room is furnished beautifully with sofas, chairs, gorgeous bookshelves, and a 47 inch HDTV. The Dining Room has seating for 8 guests and features beautiful hand-scraped hardwood floors.

The spacious Master Bedroom has a separate dressing room, a 43 inch HDTV with DVD/Bluray, and direct access to the pool deck. The Master Bathroom features separate his and hers vanities with granite countertops and a large, doorless shower with built-in shower bench. All bathrooms have showers with handheld and regular shower heads and include hairdryers for guest use.

The downstairs guest bedroom contains a King bed and has a private full bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms that share a full hallway bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a King bed and the other has two Queen beds. Both bedrooms feature sliding doors to the elevated front deck, which has beautiful lagoon views and is furnished with a table and four chairs.

Amenities at 24 N. Live Oak are endless. The screened porch features a sofa, chairs, gas grill, ceiling fans, and a dining table for six and overlooks the completely refurbished private swimming pool with the Atlantic Dunes golf course as a backdrop. (Please be advised the pool cannot be heated at this property.) The home has a large collection of family games, puzzles, books, and DVDs for guest use, as well as a library of various cookbooks.

Live Oak Road is one of the most scenic neighborhoods in Sea Pines and the location cannot be beat with its close proximity to the beach. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, racquet clubs, shopping, restaurants, and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters, and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates determined by the resort. So appreciated the use of some extra pool towels and four beach chairs. We have been staying in the area for 15 + years and know it is always worth the ten hour drive. We have moved from villas, to townhomes, and now as the family has grown to include spouses and grandbabies, we will continue to find houses to accommodate our needs. We very much enjoyed our vacation experience in Hilton Head. The property itself was excellent, but the outdoor furniture was covered in mold, which made the area mostly unusable to us. I did contact the office about halfway through out stay about the issue, so that was certainly my fault. Overall, a positive experience.

Manager's Note: Thank you for booking your vacation with us and letting us know about the mildew on the patio furniture. Due to our warm, humid climate that sort of thing can happen but we have had all of the cushions professionally cleaned since you reported them to us. Thank you!

We enjoyed the quiet of that neighborhood and its proximity to the beach. The house was very comfortable and offered plenty of space. Because of the pandemic we cooked all our meals, which the kitchen accommodated well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

We stayed at 24 North Live Oak from January 4 until March 17. Our original booking was to stay until April 4 but our time was cut short due to Covid19. We love the above property, and this was our fifth time staying there. We love the fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful Carolina Room and Living room, and we spend as much time as possible in the screened in porch area. The staff at Destination Vacation are superb (special shout out to Gail). Their attention to detail, friendly service, and instant action to fix any problems which arise, is second to none. We look forward to our return visit in 2021.
