A luxury resort in and of its own, 25 Sandhill Crane in Sea Pines is a spectacular 7+ bedroom Oceanfront vacation home featuring a private pool and spa, private beach path and bedding for up to 25 guests. Redesigned in 2023 with a high-end, luxury appointments throughout, 25 Sandhill Crane offers unrivaled space, spectacular location, stellar amenities and professional designer touches that will set the stage for a vacation that you will never forget!

25 Sandhill Crane is a gorgeous, custom-built home in Sea Pines. With a direct oceanfront location and expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean, this luxury rental features 7 bedrooms plus a private study with queen sleeper sofa, 8 full and 1 half baths and bedding for up to 25 guests. High end appointments and quality construction are balanced with plush furniture, warm colors and an open floorplan. This home offers exceptional amenities, such as private pool (can be heated for additional charge), spa, open-air Pool House, outdoor living areas, patios and balconies with sunrise-to-sunset views over the ocean.

The 1st floor of this home features a large great room, formal dining, living room and open kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is outfitted with a prominent island, Bosch and GE Monogram appliances, gas range and oven. The living room is fully furnished with sofas and chairs, mounted flat screen TV and a separate sitting area for reading or conversation. A large laundry room, pantry with spare refrigerator, half bath and access to the garage provide ample utility space.

The master suite on the 1st floor features a king bed, flat screen TV, patio access and ocean views. The large master bath has a double vanity with granite counter and walk-in shower with glass doors. Located just outside the master bedroom is a private study with queen sleeper sofa, closet, flat screen TV and full bath with walk-in shower.

A fun highlight of the home is the bunk bedroom on the mid-level of the home. Whether you are a kid or a kid-at-heart, you will love the basketball themed bedroom with real hardwood basketball court floor, basketball hoop ceiling fan, and mounted flat screen TV to watch your favorite games. There are 2 sets of built-in bunk beds with twin mattresses over queen mattresses, a queen sleeper sofa and an en-suite bathroom featuring 2 sinks surrounded by mini lockers and a shower/tub combination.

The 2nd floor features 5 bedrooms, all of which have ocean views. The oceanfront bedrooms include a master suite with king bed, TV and private oceanfront balcony. This suite is the largest in the home and the bathroom offers a double vanity, walk-in shower with ocean view, separate tub and large dressing area. The middle oceanfront suite features barn doors to the bedroom, king bed, large oceanfront balcony (shared with another bedroom), mounted TV, and bathroom with double vanity, and walk-in shower with view of the ocean. The right oceanfront bedroom features a king bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower and ocean view, and this bedroom shares the outdoor balcony with the middle king suite mentioned above.

The 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor features a queen bed and a daybed, desk and chair, window with ocean view, TV and full bath with a walk-in shower. The 5th bedroom features 2 queen beds with a flat screen TV, ocean view and full bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd floor also features a TV nook with comfy bean bag chairs.

Amenities at 25 Sandhill Crane will make you feel like you are staying at your own private resort. The large private pool features a heated spa and separate sitting pool that is perfect for small kids. The pool deck is furnished with tables, chairs and chaise lounges overlooking the pool and ocean. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The fully furnished open-air Pool House features a built-in grill and mounted TV with ocean views and ocean sounds as the perfect backdrop. The home is outfitted with cable and the latest flat screen TVs and wireless internet. There is also an elevator that extends from the garage level to the 2nd floor of the home.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
