We are thrilled to offer 32 E. Beach Lagoon in Sea Pines for your next luxury vacation! With a premier Oceanfront location in the highly coveted Beach Lagoon neighborhood, 32 E. Beach Lagoon is a spectacular luxury vacation home that is well-appointed for relaxed, Lowcountry living.

32 E. Beach Lagoon features 6 bedrooms, 7 full and 1 half baths and bedding for 21 guests. High end appointments and quality construction are balanced throughout the home with plush furniture, cheerful colors and an open floorplan. This home offers exceptional amenities, such as raised private pool (can be heated for additional charge) and spa with ocean views, fully furnished outdoor living areas, extensive balcony with sunrise-to-sunset views over the ocean and bedroom suites with private spa-like bathrooms.

The 1st floor of this home features a large living room, dining and breakfast areas, and open kitchen with center island. The expansive coffered ceiling in the living room and open floor plan allow for maximum entertaining space that is both casual and elegant. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, including a gas range and oven. A large laundry room and pantry with spare refrigerator provide ample utility space. The best feature of all on this level is access to the pool deck and fully furnished outdoor living area with gas grill, fireplace, dining and living room furniture, mounted TV and dramatic ocean views.

The 1st floor features a master suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, patio access and ocean views. The large master bath has a double vanity with granite counter and walk-in shower with glass doors. Also located on the first floors is a guest suite with king bed, mounted TV and full bath with walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor features 4 bedrooms, three of which have ocean views. The oceanfront bedrooms include a master suite with king bed and 2 single beds, TV and shared oceanfront balcony that extends the width of the home. Left of the master is a guest suite with a king bed and built-in twin bed, TV and full bath with walk-in shower. To the right of the master is a guest suite with a king bed, mounted TV, and full bath. As mentioned previously, all three of these oceanfront bedrooms share the extensive balcony with stunning panoramic ocean views. The 4th suite on this floor features two sets of built-in bunk beds with twin mattresses on top and queen mattresses on the bottom. A mounted TV and full bath with double vanity and shower/tub combination complete this room, which is perfect for kids and teenagers of all ages. Also included on this level near the top of the stairs is a furnished loft with sleeper sofa and TV.

Amenities at 32 E. Beach Lagoon are exceptional and begin with the ocean view, large private pool, heated spa and private beach path. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The pool deck is furnished with chaise lounges overlooking the pool with ocean as a close backdrop. The outdoor living area is a fully furnished covered patio with ceiling fan, grill and mounted TV. The home is outfitted with cable and the latest flat screen TVs, and wireless internet is available at no cost to guests. The two-car side garage is also available for guest use. Also, if you happen to stay in one of the four oceanfront bedrooms, your shower includes a window with a view of the ocean, which is one of many special touches that make this home so unique.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. We very much like the house. It's location, size and room count provided for us a great week at the beach. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary items for meal preparation. We also appreciate the various beach items (chairs, floats etc) that were left under the house. The nice present of homemade cookies as a welcoming gift was a special and very nice touch. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful beach week!

Destination Vacation could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. The house was amazing… the bedroom situation was fabulous having 4 great bedrooms with ocean view, the amazing bedroom for my grandchildren, and having a second bedroom on the main floor; the open living plan was perfect; and the location was so convenient for easily getting to the Beach Club.

This is our third stay at this property and we loved it! Destination Vacation was so easy to work with and they were quick to respond to our "list" to care of a few things while we were there. Our vacation was wonderful and the house was perfect for our group. (especially for our 90+ year old parents). Booking was easy and the house was well maintained and stocked for our visit. Home is beautiful and very well appointed. Great floor plan, large pool, hot tub, and so close to the beach. Everything was in working order and no issues to speak of. We rented during Tropical Storm Elsa which hit the island harder then expected. Received multiple communications from Destination Vacation and reported some issues the property owner may want to address prior to next storm. House stood up well but I imagine the clean up will unfortunately roll over into next rental cycle. I would definitely use Destination Vacation again and would stay at the house again when we have group large enough. Seems like a very well run organization with great people.

Just wanted to thank destination vacations for our wonderful week at 32 E. Lagoon. It is a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our time together with our family. The open layout of the home is perfect for gorgeous views of the ocean. All of the living and dining areas allowed for daily sightings of dolphin and were perfect for family gatherings. The furnishings and decor were impeccable and well thought out making it truly a special place. You can tell that someone really took time to design and decorate the home. The fireplace and two comfy chairs in front of it became my daughter and son in-law’s favorite spot. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to spend time preparing and enjoying meals. We loved the extra refrigerator and water filtered pitcher in the butlers pantry. We appreciated the “start up” supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen until we could shop. On the warm days we enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. The beds were comfortable and the private bathrooms were nice for each bedroom. The hot tub was an added bonus! I could just go on with positive comments about this beautiful new beach house. It truly is the ultimate beach getaway. A great place to relax! We also want to thank the staff for our “concierge “ experience. You all made booking, making sure things were ready, and phone calls with questions so easy. We will definitely be calling you again for our next vacation in Hilton Head (fall).
