Destination Vacation is proud to offer 345 S. Greenwood Drive in Sea Pines. This beautiful home is on one level and features a formal dining area, living room, separate den (with desk, TV and sleeper sofa), full laundry room and all weather porch with table, chairs, rockers and ping pong table. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and bedding for 11 guests. All bedrooms have TVs, and the home has wireless internet.

Renovated in 2018, the kitchen has all new flooring, countertops and appliances, including a Jenn-Air gas range and oven.
The bedrooms include a King bedroom and separate bedroom with 2 Twin beds that share a master bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. A bedroom with a Queen bed and Twin bed are down the hall and share a hall bath with the den with sleeper sofa. This bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The final bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed and private bath with walk-in shower. All of these bathrooms were completely renovated in 2018 and are beautiful!

One of the best features of this home is the private, fenced swimming pool in the front of the house. This pool is large and can be heated (for an additional fee), and the covered cabana and uncovered seating areas will provide hours of lounging bliss for you and your family. The pool and pool deck were resurfaced in 2018 and have never looked better! Another gorgeous feature is the backyard with large grassed lawn and beautiful lagoon to golf views. Enjoy backyard games or relax with a cocktail on the Adirondack chairs taking in the view!

Resort amenities are a short ride in any direction. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The house was perfect for our family! Everyone had plenty of space, private bathrooms plus the extra shower in the powder room, and a dining table with 10 good chairs! Pool was perfect too! Also, the kitchen had every possible gadget we needed. Great house, and an easy walk to #26 public beach access.

345 S Greenwood Drive is a lovely home, perfect for a relaxed family vacation and all on one floor, well located for a range of Sea pines activities. The kitchen is well equipped for the cook, the bedrooms comfortable. The house was very clean on arrival which was much appreciated. Thank you to the Rental team for being particularly helpful with a change in rental plans.

House is great for a number of families, large open area for kids to play. Pool in front is a good idea you can watch kids from the kitchen or dining room. Maybe time for new mattress in room at end of hallway. All in all the house is conveniently located a bike ride away from beach. Vacation was over too soon because the house was so comfortable.

The house at 345 S Greenwood was a delight to stay in, it was exceptionally clean, very spacious and set back from the street so it was quiet. The kitchen was stocked with very nice cooking equipment, the dining area has a large table which sets 10 people comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms were set apart down the hall so all guests had plenty of privacy. The bathrooms were all updated and very nice showers. We really like the location because it’s convenient and quick to leave Sea Pines. That is a big plus because in the spring and summer the traffic is heavier. The beach club, golf courses, harbor town and forest preserve are all close to the house at 345 S Greenwood. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners when they prepared their home for guests. Thank you very much and we will see you next spring.
