The highlight of the home is it's location on Sprunt Pond and sunset views! It's premier Sea Pines location is convenient to the South Beach Marina where you can enjoy the Salty Dog Cafe, shopping, dining, seasonal entertainment, watersports, beautiful scenery and the Sea Pines Trolley station (in season).

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The Destination Vacation staff could not be more helpful. I really love 36 South Beach Lane! The house is lovely clean and well stocked and the backyard view can’t be beat!  Location is perfect, too!

Destination Vacation was spot on from start to finish. Property location was perfect with short walk to beach. Pool and pond view incredible. Property is in excellent condition with a custom finish feel. After 30 years visiting the island, our family votes this property and location #1!

We have stayed in Hilton Head for the last 5 years. This home was secluded and close enough to the beach with only a short walk. Home was recently remodeled and that was a plus.

Service from DVHHI was excellent. From insuring we received our gate passes to checking out a fire alarm issue, DVHHI was very responsive. The home we rented was beautiful - we loved the pool, the screened in porch, the view & the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cups, pots, crock pot, blender & serving pieces. The location within a short walking distance to the beach was great & it was easy to bike to Salty Dog & Harbour Town. Couple improvements / issues: during a heavy rain water came into the screened in porch & gathered on the deck outside the porch; palmetto bugs in the screened in porch. The pool, location & screened in porch were our favorite amenities along with the space in the house.

I love working with Destination vacation and would never go to another agency! We have been coming to HHI for several yrs now and have never been disappointed with our accommodations and or service. I like to stay an extra week and Gail has always been able to find me a property suitable and affordable for my needs. She displays ultimate patience as I navigate back and forth what’s available and believe me I can be very indecisive. Destination vacation homes are top notch at reasonable rates compared to other agencies and one of my favorites the SPA heat is included ! It makes no sense to me to advertise a property with a spa and then * spa heat additional fee!?! Thank you for all you do at Destination vacation for making my stay on the Island memorable.

Beautiful home and great location! Loved the outdoor space and spent lots of time hanging outside enjoying the beautiful views! The home had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
