44 Canvasback is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach home with a direct ocean view. In addition to a thoughtfully decorated interior, this home features a beautiful ocean view, direct beach access and abundant amenities, including private swimming pool, screened-in porch, wireless high-speed internet access, and large plasma TV. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

The two-story layout has living areas and kitchen facilities on both levels. The layout also has good bedroom separation with two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.

The large, fully equipped kitchen on the 2nd floor has a breakfast bar that seats three and opens to a dining area that seats 8. The 2nd floor living room is more formal with quality furnishings and an ocean view. The 1st floor features a wet bar with beverage cooler, dining table and chairs for 4 guests and an adjacent great room that is casual and comfortable with separate seating area for reading and gathering and a den with sofa, chair and large, flat screen TV.

The 2nd floor bedrooms include a master suite with spacious bathroom, TV, sitting area, ocean view and direct access to screened porch and upper balcony. The other 2nd floor bedroom is a king suite with TV and full bath that serves the bedroom and common areas on the 2nd floor. On the first level, bedrooms include a king suite with private bath and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Guests in the bedroom with 2 twins will use the full bath just steps away from the bedroom between the wet bar and full-size laundry room.

Amenities at 44 Canvasback include the furnished screened porch with a long view across the grassy lawn to the Atlantic Ocean. The adjacent balcony serves as a great gathering spot with large sofa, table for two and gas grill with the ocean as a backdrop. The pool deck, just a few steps down, features patio chairs for sunbathing.

The wonderful location of 44 Canvasback on the coastline of Sea Pines offers a world-class vacation resort outside your front door with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Loved the placement of our rental home! It was close to the beach so that on hot afternoons it was an easy transition to our pool. The home was very eclectic and interesting! Great view! Only downside was the bedroom with 2 tiny twins… we had no kids with us so it was rather hard for an adult to sleep on that tiny twin… other than that…. We loved it! Thank you to the owners!
