7 Marsh Wren has a spacious design with three large living areas. The downstairs living area features a sleeper sofa, full bar with large-screen TV and French doors leading to the pool and covered veranda. A half bath on this level serves guests in the living room and outside pool area. The formal living room upstairs has dramatic design with high ceilings archways and columns and the third living room is upstairs and creates a great room with kitchen and eat-in area with balcony overlooking the swimming pool. A large master suite is located upstairs, and four bedrooms, all with ensuite baths, are located downstairs.The outdoor area has a pool (can be heated for an additional charge) and outdoor spa, grilling station, sunny pool deck as well as covered veranda and with beautifully landscaped grounds and privacy wall creating your own private haven.

The ideal location in Sea Pines Resort is very close walking distance to the beach just third row from the ocean and conveniently located on the beach path that allows for easy access to the miles of sugar-sand beaches of Hilton Head. Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The office staff was very helpful and efficient. They immediately followed up on every question and request that we had. The house was large and very nice. It was a short easy walk to the beach. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues which we brought to the attention of the office. It would be nice if there was additional furniture with drawers in some of the bedrooms for storage of clothing. Parking for 4 cars and backing out of the driveway was a little tricky. The ability to use the garage helped to alleviate the problem.

Loved 7 Marsh Wren!!! Great house and super vacation. I would book again but cannot plan a year in advance with older children and new jobs. Keep up the great work!!! I’ll be calling in about 6 months to plan our next family trip to Hilton Head!!
