7 Whistling Swan ~ Sea Pines

Located 3rd Row oceanside in Sea Pines, 7 Whistling Swan is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with the look and feel of a beach cottage with professional updates throughout, bedding for up to 11 guests, private pool and spa, gas grill, furnished screened porch, hardwood flooring and updated kitchen and bathrooms.

The 1st floor of this home is an open floorplan with hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs and features a mounted flat screen TV. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper sofa and linens are provided. The dining table seats 6 guests and the kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with a pair of stools. A pair of French doors lead from the kitchen to the screened-in porch with dining table and seating and a mounted TV on the wall. The screened porch overlooks the pool, so you can watch the family swim while also enjoying your favorite game on the TV!

Two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of this home. The first bedroom features a king bed, mounted TV and has a private entrance to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom also has a separate door to the hallway so guests in common areas can use it. The second bedroom features a queen bed, mounted TV and private bath with a walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor of the home features two additional bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed and sitting area with mounted TV, sofa and chair, and the master bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom on this floor features a twin bed and a bunk bed with twin mattresses, mounted TV and full bath with shower/tub combination.

The private pool at 7 Whistling Swan features a heated spa and pool deck with chaise lounge chairs and a table with mounted umbrella and a set of chairs. Spa heat is included with your rental and the pool can be heated for an additional fee. The home offers a laundry area with full size washer and dryer and the home is outfitted with cable, flat screen TVs and wireless internet at no cost to guests. The home also features keyless access for your convenience. *Please note: Due to safety concerns, fireplace is non-functioning inside the home.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. The location was great as it was a short walk to the beach and the beach club. It was also nice that the pool was largely shaded most of the day. The house itself was fine with some of the typical wear and tear of a beach house. We did have an issue where some of the chemicals in the pool turned my daughter’s hair green, but rental company was prompt and had the pool serviced and didn’t have further issues in the week. Destination Vacation was easy to work with and would have no issues booking with them again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at HH and enjoyed all the excellent amenity that Sea Pines offers. Destination Vacation did an excellent job of setting up tennis for our grandson, gave us beach towels and stored our beach chairs for next spring. They answered any questions we had and responded to any problems in a professional a timely manner.

The home was perfect for us. It was nicely decorated, very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The pool was great. It was cleaned mid week and was sparkling clear all week. It’s in a great location… an easy walk to the beach, and my 8 year old grandson could make the bike ride to Harbor town. Destination Vacation responded quickly to two minor issues in the house. They are super to work with! The bathroom are beautifully updated as is the kitchen. We loved the screened porch. The kids loved eating on the picnic table on the porch. I highly recommend the house and Destination Vacation.

We loved our stay at 7 Whistling Swan. One of our favorite homes we have stayed in among our 10+ trips to the Island. The front porch and the screened in back porch were so nice in adding to the living space in the home. Our family enjoyed the hot tub as the weather was cooler than normal for the time of year. The decor was beautiful, and each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom was great for our family! Destination Vacation was so responsive, professional and helpful during our stay. We will definitely book a home through you again. Sea Pines at Hilton Head Island is one of our family's favorite places, and we look forward to returning as soon as we can!

We vacationed at 7 Whistling Swan. We previously rented this home through another agency. We were floored by how "spiffed" up the house was through Destination Vacation.

Arrival: The outdoor spaces were organized and clean. The inside of the home was spotless. The cleaning crew that cleaned prior to our arrival did a great job!

During our stay: Destination Vacation reached out to see how our experience had been thus far.

Check-out: After checking out, we received a call that my Father dropped his credit card in the house. The cleaning crew found the card and turned it into the main office. We appreciate the honesty and urgency Destination Vacation made in reaching out to us. We look forward to renting this home again.
