9 Scaup Court offers vacationers the wonderful South Beach location and perfect blend of attributes to make your Hilton Head stay like no other. This beach house has a private swimming pool (can be heated for an additional charge) and outdoor spa that overlook a tranquil lagoon. The one-story layout has a spacious kitchen, living room and dining room combination, large master suite and two additional bedrooms with their own private baths. Custom appointments are prevalent though out with bedding and window treatments to the wet bar with granite.

The wonderful location allows you to walk to activities at the Marina Village like dolphin tours, guided kayak trips, dining, tennis and shopping as well as being walking distance to the miles of sugar-sand beaches. The proximity inside the gates of Sea Pines also gives you access to endless bike paths, three championship golf courses, two world-class tennis centers, the Sea Pines Beach Club and a 650-acre forest preserve, just to name a few. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort. Please be advised, Sea Pines is a developing area with new construction taking place on most streets at any given time. Please call Destination Vacation if you have any questions.

We had another amazing trip on HHI thanks to Destination Vacation. We have only rented from you for the last 4 trips. The staff is always very responsive and takes care of any needs that arise on our trips. The homes are beautiful and the amenities listed on the website are always true to form. This last stay at 9 Scaup Ct was wonderful. We had two extra kids with us. We had plenty of room. The pool was great and the spa worked perfectly. The two ponds you can see from this property were calming. We saw flying fish, deer, squirrels and a ton of birds! The home was only a few minute walk to the beach and Salty Dog. That was so nice. Thank you for allowing us to make great memories!

Super location. Easy short walk to uncrowded beach and walk to S. Beach Marina. Kitchen had everything. Pool small but delightful. Instructions for spa need revision; turned water green despite us following rules explicitly but pool guy fixed it right away. Toilet problem also fixed right away. Great service! House is set back from street so very quiet. Wish there was a screened porch but no biggie. Also home was spotlessly clean. Make sure to bike to Baynard Ruins while there; awesome site. P.S. we saw deer along path to beach.

Great house, well equipped!

The rental home was ideally located. The beach access path was just across the street and only a 2-3 minute walk. The back yard/pool area was very private with a serene view of the pond. We walked to South Beach marina in ~10 minutes. Everything else in Sea Pines was no more than a 20 minute bike ride away. The house itself has a great layout with plenty of space and privacy. Each bedroom has its own full bath and patio. The Master suite is huge with comfortable bed and large bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a laundry room with washer/dryer that we used a few times. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa. We had 2 maintenance issues when we arrived over the weekend. These were addressed right away after we reported them on Monday morning. And the door leading to the patio/pool area is kind of tricky to lock/unlock. Aside from these minor things, we enjoyed the location and our stay at the house.

Gail was exceptional to work with planning our vacation. Thank you to everyone at DV. When we got to our house there were many updates since our booking. New couches, rugs, loungers, deck chairs. Everything was very clean. I use a walker and the house was easy to get around inside. I needed help getting outside down steps but there was a handrail to get into the pool. Yea! It’s been years since I could get in a pool. My family walked to south beach marina and the beach. They let my husband drop me off at the boardwalk for easier access to the beach for me. The only improvement I would have is a handrail out the back, but that is so personal, not everyone needs one. I would rent this house again. We had a wonderful week.

We would use Destination Vacation again when booking a vacation rental . Service was great before during and after vacationing at HHI . We stayed in South Beach and the location was perfect . We knew we were staying in an older unit but it exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed . Thanks again.
